All IFHE members are invited to be involved in the IFHE activities:

IFHE has established different Programme Committees oriented at the most relevant fields of activity and important themes.
The Programme Committees meet every year during the IFHE Leadership Meeting.
Between the meetings the committees communicate electronically. Also persons who are not able to attend the meetings are invited to become member of a Programme Committee.
The next IFHE Leadership Meeting will take place in Kingston Jamaica, end of March 2009. At this meeting the Programme Committees will develop their Plan of Action for the next term until the XXII. IFHE Congress in Australia in 2012.

At this point we would like to invite all IFHE members - if applicable - to submit articles, papers or contributions for e. g. the IFHE Newsletters or the E-Journal International Journal of Home Economics (IJHE).

Furthermore we would like to point out that the IFHE has installed a Young Professionals Network (YPN) where young Home Economists ll over the world are involved in the work of IFHE.
